Well I'm back from Korea and it was wonderful....aside from a little bit of drama initially, all things went well. I truly would go back because I didn't get enough time to explore there. During my stay I went to Yoido Full Gospel Church, which is the biggest church in the world in membership. I believe over 800,000 people. I went to prayer mountain.... yes they have a mountain where you can pray, but that didn't go quite as expected. I also went to the mud festival in Boreyong, Korea.....that was crazy.....I went through a mini mud obstacle course, wrestled in mud, got a henna tattoo of a butterfly, and just had mud all over me.....it was so much fun. They say, and they meaning promoters of the festival, that the mud in Boreyong is better than the mud in Israel at the Dead Sea.....since I've been to both now, I would say that the mud in Israel is better, however, I did have that mud on longer......anyway, I also went to the DMZ...the Demilitarized Zone in South Korea and I walked through the 3rd tunnel that N.Korea made to invade S.Korea....it was easy going down, but coming up was a challenge. I thought to myself, wow, if this is hard, I wonder how Mt. Fuji will be....I'm going to attempt to climb it in August. The food was amazing and the people were nothing but helpful and courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and thank God for the experience. I really would go there again....no time soon, but definitely in the future hopefully.....and now I'm back nursing a cold so hopefully I'll get better soon...I'm glad I bought Sudafed when I was in Hawaii for my B-day....it works well.....stay tuned to my next blog....unfortunately I don't have pictures from Korea...my friend does, but it wasn't a digital, so I'll share them at a later date when I can get them on a disc....I do have some random pictures for the next blog though....
.....until next blog,
