February 11, 2007- Sunday
-Well, let me just start by saying, HALLELUJAH!!!!!! THANK YOU JESUS! I closed on my house on Friday......I would have wrote in here sooner, but as most of you know, I work on Friday evenings....Saturday all day and Sunday all day.....God is so good, and especially so good despite me......He woos me with His lovingkindness...I'm sooo grateful.....As most of you know, my house has been on the market since June, and finally a buyer came my way when I stopped worrying about the situation and said, "OKAY God, I don't really want to rent this place out, but I'll do it if You want me to..." I didn't get what I originally wanted, but I'm satisfied and I'm free, I'm freeeeee.......I paid off all my credit card debt.... and when I say all, I mean all..I was in the double digits before the comma....Hallelujah....no more bills......except student loans....Pastor, my tithe check is on the way....Japan has helped me to finally realize that I don't need it, if I don't have the cash for it. This is mostly a cash based society....yes they have credit cards, but I've learned to not use mine.....I'm soooo elated it's ridiculous.........I'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!! and yes Vanetta, I still would like to take the Crown Financial Ministries study on managing my finances....I'm starting clean when I get back home to the states.....I'll pay for a used car using cash, since I sold mine....and I'll have a nice down payment for a house, I'm going to do it right this time.....no more frivolous spending....
On another note, I was supposed to go over Latonya's tonight, remember she's the missionary....but despite my joy, I am not feeling the best physically.....I've caught a cold and I'm just battling it....yesterday I was on the train and so was Darth Vader....at least this guy was breathing on me like he was Darth Vader.....check this out...he was sleeping standing up.....c'mon now, standing up!!!! I thought giraffes and cows do that, not people...everytime the train leaned so did he, but on me......I had to nudge him like 4 times....my co-worker was like, "illllll he's disgusting." There was a woman next to me with her two children and the children looked scared of him and the woman was nodding her head because she felt me.....(meaning she understood how I felt) drama....well, I need to go and get some rest.....

P.S.- I still haven't forgot about finishing that poem....the words haven't come to me yet...but they will
